It's dense, it's rich and powerful; and many are going to enjoy this red - holding its 14.5 per cent alcohol well and that's because it’s balanced. Underneath is a wonderful fragrant nose, some blossom notes from the viognier that also softens the palate, delicately spiced, fantastic shiraz characters with good oak handling and an enticing creaminess alongside ripe, firm tannins.
This Bendigo blend is floral with mulberry, blackberry and allspice notes. The palate is dense and luscious. The 5% viognier has been co-fermented with the shiraz. Match it with roast pork.
